1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing ekkavanessentials@gmail.com.

• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns and Replacements
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
